Black Sheep

Hiding in the background
Ostracized by society
The dirt we found
making someone else have anxiety
You may not know it, people are see-through
The things you learn when you have a front-row view
Karma comes time to pay what you owe
Quickly now before secrets blow

Walking on pins and needles
While outsiders walk free
We can see you
We start to wheedle
Baby bird just flew

They will learn the lesson
And consider it a blessing
Nothing like a good old confession
To free you from transgression

Still, the outsider looking in
and patience is wearing thin
This is a game no one will win
Yet we’ll keep the grin

Secrets I can keep
Until it needs to be spoken
Things will get broken
Because of us black sheep
